Our bodies naturally seek movement and activity, which are both important for physical health and mobility. You may be familiar with exercise’s ability to manage weight and strengthen bones and muscles, but are you aware that it also helps to improve brain health, reduce stress, improve your mood and improve overall quality of life? Exercise doesn’t have to be extreme workouts and pushing your body to breaking, either. By incorporating intuitive exercise and prescribed movement, I hope to empower you to be a healthy and active participant in your own life.
Mental health is important to enjoy our life, environment and relationships. When you are feeling sad or depressed, this directly affects your life by making it harder to appreciate what you have and sticks you in a negative thought loop of what you lack. Spirituality is highly beneficial to improve and connect physical, mental and emotional well-being. It encourages you to have a better relationship with yourself and others and fosters a sense of community that can combat loneliness. When you find yourself on a spiritual journey, you will experience enhanced spiritual growth and understanding while having greater peace and calmness. Spirituality helps you to live a more meaningful life with greater physical health and connection to your deepest self.
