The Triade program is all you need to learn in order to connect with your own self, and also build a gentle relationship with your own being while finding the balance needed to align your body, mind and spirit.

The Triade Methodology

A Triad means a set of three things of the same nature.

Using the following three pillars: body, mind and spirit I will assist you and help you to connect with your body, mind and spirit.

You will be able to understand the importance of continuing to develop each of these pillars, making it a good habit in your routine.

Body

Physical exercises focused on the client's goal. The program will be sent out with all the necessary information so that the exercises may be performed daily. The online session will take place once a week via zoom, lasting 30 minutes each.

Mind

The mind works like a muscle: it has to be exercised and needs to be constantly challenged , due to this reason, this method involves daily and weekly activities aimed at challenging the mind and learning how to manage thoughts.

Spirit

Spirituality is intangible, it is based on self-knowledge, it is the search for your true essence. Through mindfulness techniques, videos and exercises this method will bring you better understanding of your inner world and divine side.

About me:

My name is Mariana, but you can call me Mari. I am just passionate about physical exercises and it has been part of my life and daily routine since I was 14.

It has taken me 20 years of doing different types of training,and trying out different types of diet, but I was never happy with the end result. It was then that I started to look within myself: I started practicing spirituality, yoga and mobility exercises.

It was seeking self-knowledge and inner development that I learned to accept and love myself, I also learned how to find balance between body, mind and spirit. In this journey of personal growth I have found balance and today I can share with you all my knowledge and practices so that you can feel the same way.

How to participate?

1) Application for the program:
Click on the button“I want to be part of this program” and you will be directed to a page where you will have access to my schedule and will be able to chose the most suitable time for your first session, totally free of charge. This session lasts for 30 minutes and its purpose is to get to know you better and clear up any questions in regards to the program.

2) Filling in your diagnosis:
After scheduling your session, you will receive an assessment form which must be filled out before our session.

What will this first session be like?

The first session will last 30 minutes and there will be no charge. It will be a casual chat for us to get to know each other; where I will be able to fully explain the 12-week process.

Will it work for me?

The Triad Program does not work miracles. You will need dedication and commitment when it comes to performing the activities.

Why should I participate?

You certainly must participate in the Program if you are dissatisfied with the way you are living your life and need a change in order to improve your own health,personal habits and quality of life.

How often do these sessions take place?

The practical classes where physical activities are performed will take place once a week with a previously established timetable.

What is the total length of the program?

Twelve weeks,taking into consideration that the first session consists in setting goals,getting a few photos and taking body measurements and the last session will be based on analyzing the results obtained during the program in order to set future goals.

What will the session be like?

The session will last 45 minutes where the first 15 minutes will be directed to following up on how this transformation is taking place, and also to get to know a bit about how the week went. The remaining 30 minutes of the class will be based on physical activity according to each client’s objective.
